5 Ways to Raise YOUR Vibration

Are you ready to raise YOUR vibration?

Today I am going to share with you, top tips on raising your vibration and holding onto your financial frequency.

Here is the thing, everything is on a frequency and if we want to expand, develop or grow in any area in our lives, then we have got to raise our frequency.

Here is a clue: we connect with divine order as it is always for expansion – so we connect with it in order to raise your vibration.

So when we talk about raising our vibration, we have have to ask what are we raising the vibration of?

In my book, Bloom Girl I talk about raising the vibration of who we are – physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally.

How do we raise our vibration?

🌸1. Connect with Nature
Go for a walk in nature, even sit in your garden and watch a bird or enjoy time with your pets. – Decide what you want to do and connect with nature because it will raise your vibration and it will be effortless.

🌸2. Nourish your body
You need to become more conscious of what you are eating and drinking to keep the flow. If you are dehydrated, we are not connected with our feminine energy flow. Reducing caffeine and drinking herbal teas will help.
Reduce red meat, dairy and white cards – being more conscious and take steps to look at your nutrition and what you are lacking.

🌸3. Express love and gratitude
It is a great way of opening the heart and connecting us with our true self. By expressing daily, we open the heart and raise our vibration. We must speak positive words as the body is listening so the more we speak positively, the more impact it will have. It will raise the vibration, shift the energy and lift the mood while raising money frequency at the same time.

🌸4. Meditate
There are no shortcuts – we need to commit to spiritual practices that feel in alignment with you. It will raise our consciousness and put us on a different frequency. Meditating balances all the body, the bloods, the sugars and the hormones.
The more we meditate, we connect to our deeper selves and that higher conscious.

🌸5. Electronic detox.
Blue light, as it is referred to, will deplete our energy and drain us. Therefore, lower the vibration of the space and you as well. It is good to relieve ourselves of overwhelm and stress while raising our vibrations.

What else can we do to raise our vibration?

There comes a time when we are on the manifesting path and raising our vibration where we have to make big decisions about the people and situations we have around us.

We have to say NO to energy drainers and protect our energy.

We are wasting our time and energy on these practices if we allow ourselves to be in toxic situations or relationships with those who are struggling. This is not about judging others – it is about letting people be. 

It is time for you to make a decision to be on a high frequency, raising your vibration, and raising financial frequency.

Taking care of yourself physically, mentally with the thoughts you have, emotionally with the self-talk and affirmation you speak, not worrying about what other people think and then connecting with nature to connect spirituality. 

When you are on the beautiful high vibe frequency, we want to be around high vibe energy and high vibe people. 

Are you ready to raise your vibration and keep on growing and expanding and taking it all the way to the top?

Lets set a beautiful intention that we are going to have the best week ever! 

There is more room at the top!
