September for me still has that back to school feeling, even though I no longer teach in the traditional way. We are still govered by the new term and fresh start energy. It is a great opportunity to check in with your inner compass and ponder where are you at in your life? Perhaps you are happily on the journey or feel stuck in a rut and desiring something different?

We have not culturally been brought up to consider ‘Am I experiencing joy today?’ ‘What makes my heart sing’ or ‘When do I fell most alive?’ It is often more a case of be grateful you have a job and make do. Struggle on and don’t get too big for your boots. Play small and keep everyone happy and comfortable. Let’s be honest we are hardly a culture steeped in opulence and prosperity.

However I believe, we are so ready to turn the story around. Surrounded by well being opportunities and courses encouraging us to be mindful, we cannot help to feel the emotional niggles and undercurrents. I am passionate about empowering and encouraging everyone (myself included) to dream big, dare to desire and learn to ask for your heart’s desires. It is time to reflect on who gets to say how high we can fly? What is stopping us from imagining, planning and affirming for the dream life? It is time to drop the limitations of the past and raise the bar.

This is your time, the universe has your back, it is ok to ask. There is no shame in wanting beautiful things. Reach for the stars and plan the most beautiful peaceful life for you. Begin with the end picture in mind, then gently paint the strokes of your beautiful deserving life.
