A positive morning routine will set the tone of your day!
Research shows that new habits are better started in the morning, we just have more will power then. Think about it, in your desire to give up chocolate – when are you most likely to have will power fatigue? We have more will power in the morning. That’s the reason why morning rituals feature so high a priority on my Zen Coaching Programme.
My top 5 tips for Morning Rituals
1. Set your alarm 30 minutes earlier
Just do it and get yourself an accountability partner!
2. Drink warm water with lemon to begin your day
- Combats dehydration
- Energises the body
- Boosts metabolism
- Stimulates the digestive system
- Aids weight loss
- Boost brain power
3. Begin with a pause (meditation practice) or Movement eg a run, yoga

5. Schedule your day (order is key to prevent chaos)
Stay present, meet the need & focus on the task in hand!
